Xuzhou Yuanxiang Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise possessing the Class One Electric Motorcycle Production Qualification issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. Established in 2006 and with over a decade of industry dedication, the company has built a super factory in Feng County, Jiangsu, covering 265 acres with a total area of 150,000 square meters.
The factory is equipped with advanced production facilities, including 2 cathodic electrophoretic coating lines, 5 sets of high-end environmental protection equipment, over 30 fully automated welding robot lines (with more than 200 welding robots in total), 4 final assembly lines, over 120 R&D equipment sets, more than 100 fully automated large-scale stamping presses, and over 200 testing devices. Integrating four core processes—stamping, welding, painting, and assembly—the company achieves full self-sufficiency from design, R&D, and production to testing. The production automation rate reaches 80%, with an annual capacity of 400,000 electric tricycles.
